How a request gets built
Everything happens in writing through your portal. You see each request move from your queue to live.
Add a request to your queue and put it in the order you want.
We look at what's involved and confirm the scope. Anything large or unclear gets a short scoping note first.
It's built in your own code or tools, kept apart from what's live.
You test it on a preview link and approve it.
It goes live and the next request starts.

What we don't do
Ongoing labour, like writing your posts, running ad campaigns day to day, bookkeeping or answering your inbox. Third-party software and hosting fees are paid directly by you, and original brand or visual design is outside the plans.
Everything stays in your accounts
Code lives in your own repository and on your own hosting. Automations run in your own tools. We work through logins you give us and can remove whenever you like.
We keep your handover documents current as we go. If you leave, whoever comes next picks up from the same notes we use, and there's no lock-in period to wait out.

You get portal access and a written summary of what we found. Your queue is open from day one, so you can start adding requests straight away.
